Ingredients

1 ripe avocado
1 banana
1 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon honey
A handful of walnuts or almonds
Ice

Instructions

Peel and pit the avocado.

In a blender, combine the avocado, banana, coconut milk, honey, and nuts (walnuts or almonds).

Add ice and blend until you achieve a creamy consistency.

Pour the smoothie into a glass.Garnish with a thin slice of banana on top.
